AlbatrOSS Lands in Shanghai

Conor Ryan (AlbatrOSS Project Manager) is currently attending the Global Mobile Congress and C3G & B3G Summit in Shanghai. While there he will perform one of the final conference presentations of the results of the AlbatrOSS project which achieved a highly successful completion in March. This world summit will bring together the world’s experts responsible for the continued global rollout and enabling of next generation mobile networks. The invitation to present at this event is a clear indication of the achievements of the project and Mr. Ryan will use the opportunity to further convey the major results emanating from it.
The invitation to present is also an indication of the international awareness and respect for the work being conducted in the TSSG and is another constructive step in TSSG’s mission to achieve world class status in the telecommunications research industry. The conference will address many of the issues currently faced in the rollout of next generation networks including capacity analysis, coverage prediction, Quality of Service measurement and adherence, Security, Operation Support etc. While there Mr. Ryan will be exposed to the bleeding edge of 3G and will make the TSSG’s contribution to shaping the future world of communications.
