Since joining the TSSG in 2004, Eimear has had the opportunity to take control of her career and progress to the role of TSSG HR Manager.

Eimear is currently undergoing a Masters by Research on a part-time basis, and her research focuses around the topics of human resource practices, knowledge transfer and social network analysis.  The title of her research project is ‘The Impact of Human Resource Practices on Knowledge Transfer and Organisational Performance’.

Eimear has completed a research project entitled ‘An Exploratory Investigation: Can the TSSG Improve the Process for the Commercialisation of Research into Spinout Companies?’
