Lei Shi, Postdoctoral Researcher
Personal Summary
Lei Shi received his BSc degree in computer science from Chongqing University, China, in 2001. After that he spent four years working with Hutchison OPTEL and Huawei Technologies, in the role as a Software Engineer, developing software for routers. He received the Master’s degree in Computer science from Uppsala University, Sweden; and the Ph.D. degree in computer networks from the University of Goettingen, Germany, in 2010. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher in TSSG affiliated with the Waterford Institute of Technology. His research interests include cloud computing, router architectures, network processors, peer-to-peer networks, network monitoring and fault management.
