SecurIST
SecurIST will prepare, support and facilitate the rapid adoption and transfer of a strategic research agenda for ICT Security and Dependability R&D, providing Europe with a clear view of the strategic opportunities, strengths, weakness, and threats in the different dimensions of Security Research.
- SecurIST will drive the creation a strategic research agenda for ICT Security and Dependability R&D beyond 2010.
- SecurIST will provide support to cooperation, dissemination, awareness, and foresights to the knowledge base of existing ICT Security and Dependability projects and people in the FP6 work programme.
- SecurIST will achieve this through the efforts of a European ICT Security & Dependability Taskforce. This taskforce will be constituted and co-ordinated through the SecurIST project which will act as the Secretariat and Steering committee of the Taskforce.
