Helpdesk Engineer
Minimum Qualification Required: BSc or BEng
Major Duties:
• Working closely with inter-company research / commercialisation teams from Desktop and Data issues to IP Phone issues.
• Shall provide configuration, reporting, and technical support for the end users.
• Develop domain expertise in Windows Image Distribution.
• Perform systems upgrades or new technology deployments.
• Create test procedures and test plans for image distribution.
• Documenting all of the processes.
