3GSM - Mobile World Congress (Mon 11th to Thr 14th Feb)

So back from the dead and back posting - I wanted to let everyone know what we are doing at 3GSM (this year called Mobile World Congress).

Firstly, we are running Ireland's IMS Innovation booth at the Ireland stand - Hall 1 Stand 1F17. See here for more info from Enterprise Ireland http://www.mobileworldcongressireland.com/innovation.shtml

This booth will be powered by the FeedHenry platform http://www.FeedHenry.com and will show some of our latest Web 2.0 / Mobile 2.0 / IMS services in addition to some incredible new IMS services from the IMS ARCs team.

Secondly, Helene, Grace and the Nubiq http://www.nubiq.com guys have their own booth at the Ireland stand Hall 1 Stand IF17 - and will be showing all new video based Zinadoo http://www.zinadoo.com and also releasing MobiSeer to the public http://www.mobiseer.com. Mobiseer is a wonderful Web 2.0 service that I use for finding the best new mobile content and services and then personalising my mobile phone with these. I've been using the alpha version of MobiSeer for months now and it is very cool and very easy to use.

Thirdly, Paul and the IMS-Stream http://www.ims-stream.com team will be demoing at a dedicated pod on the Intel stand
Hall 8 stand 8B109 - Paul will be showing IMS-Stream's new middleware and service solutions built on BEA and Intel technology. Check out Paul's Pod for eye-popping NGN services :-)

We are of course at Mobile World Congress primarily for meetings / doing business and everyone's calendar is full during the day and in the evenings with customers / partners meetings. Most of the teams are heading over Saturday and of course Mobile World Congress is the worst week of the year to visit Barcelona (or get a hotel room - I am squatting again this year) but a great week for us and the Mobile Industry .

Finally I also wanted to highlight a couple of other things we are doing at Mobile World Congress this year:

I'm pitching and demoing FeedHenry http://www.FeedHenry.com at the Oracle Pavilion - AV44 just outside of Hall 8 on the main avenue starting Wednesday the 13th at 9:00 am.

Also Helene (or Grace) will be running a second Nubiq pod on the Dot Mobi stand Hall 7 stand 7HS17 for a couple of days during the event.

Should be a busy, productive and exhausting week :-)
