WIT and Dalian Maritime University agree to MSc (taught) student programme

On Wednesday 14th of April 2010, Professor Kieran Byrne (President of Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland) and Professor Zuwen Wang (President of Dalian Maritime University, China) signed an agreement to allow the exchange of placement students from their respective MSc (taught) programmes in computing. Also present at the signing ceremony in Dalian in China were Mícheál Ó Foghlú (Executive Director Research, TSSG) and Dr Huaiguo Fu (TSSG) who went on to have more detailed discussions with the professors and assistant professors who will be involved in delivering this innovative new programme.

FeedHenry are CTIA 2010 E-tech Award Winners!
Winners in the fifth annual CTIA E-Tech Awards were announced today in 15 categories covering the areas of mobile CE, applications, enterprise, green solutions, luxury mobile and network infrastructure. Winners were announced during International CTIA WIRELESS 2010® which takes March 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre.
