Gaiss Project

The GAISS project is an Enterprise Ireland funded project being undertaken here in the TSSG. It is intended to aid in real-time operations involving geographically-dispersed teams.  A summary of GAISS can be found here.

As that summary says the project can be broken into three parts.  It is the visualisation part that is the focus at the moment.  The software is being developed and hopefully it will turn out to be a complete success.

The other main focus of the moment is getting prepared for the trial that is taking place over the bank holiday weekend in June. A blog is available to view progress that is being made in getting ready for this trial.
