BUCOPCI
Project Overview
BUCOPCI is a project cofunded by the European Commission in the framework of the “Prevention, Preparedness and Consequence Management of Terrorism and other Security related Risk Programme”.
BUCOPCI is lead by Isdefe with the participation of SIA, Vicomtech, Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) and CNPIC.
BUCOPCI is aimed to the Prevention and Preparedness of security related risks (mainly terrorism) by Stimulating, promoting and supporting:
–The development of methodologies for the protection of Critical Infrastructure, in particular risk assessment methodologies.
–The exchange of knowledge and experience, in order to establish best practice.
BUCOPCI is particularly focused on the area of Transport related critical infrastructure, in particular Air travel facilities

Project Implementation
BUCOPCI will cover numerous areas such as Best Practices Identification, Standardization Analysis, Guidelines definition, Economical impact studies, Validation and Dissemination.
BUCOPCI is structured in 8 work package. TSSG will participate in all 8 and are leading the scenarios definition.
